Trinity Church is a United Methodist Church with a strong emphasis on local missions.  We believe the church is a community center, divinely placed for the work of God and for the ministry of Jesus Christ.

Trinity Church began as a new church start in 1953.  The need for a church in the western part of the city had become apparent as New Bern began to extend the boundaries of the city limits, and also with the establishment of the US Marine Air Station at Cherry Point in 1941.

Our worship services are at 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM on Sunday mornings.  Our current membership is 333 and growing. We invite you to join us as we explore what it means to be a vibrant Christ-Centered Community.

Trinity is a member of the North Carolina Conference of the United Methodist Church.  We are part of the New Bern District.
